The ECBA Preparation Workshop provides you with all the knowledge and skills required to clear IIBA’s most reputed certification- Entry Level Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA). The course also teaches you critical skills like requirement gathering, analysis, BRD, FSD, user stories, prioritization, UML Modelling and many more. This Workshop will help you clear ECBA Exam in just 30 days. The workshop follows our Triple PPP framework and is divided into following phases:
Preparation: The first phase of your learning journey is “Preparation”. Here you will gain mastery over the entire ECBA exam syllabus. There will be extensive storytelling in class to make concepts simple to understand. BABOK is simplified by using real life scenarios. You will also be coached on Business Analysis Processes, Techniques, and some of the widely used tools like JIRA, Confluence, Gitmind, Visual Paradigm.
Online Practical Labs (Breakthrough Labs) : Once preparation is over, you will enter our Open Room Practical Labs. Here you will work along with other team members to practice all your learnings till you master it. You can attend unlimited practical lab sessions till you are confident enough for the role. Feedback is given on specific improvement areas for every student.
ECBA Study Group: During the practice phase, you will also be allocated to ECBA study group. This is an online meet where all students preparing for exam connect every week to discuss one specific chapter for the week and the coach evaluate their preparation for exam with quizzes and games. When a student is exam ready, he/she will be asked to go ahead and book an exam date.

What is the duration of this ECBA Certification course?
The duration of this Course is 6 weeks with weekends classes. After the training, you will be allocated to study group and the coach will meet you once a week to check your progress and clarify doubts.
What is the ECBA exam format?
The ECBA® exam is 1 hours long and consists of 50 multiple choice questions. The questions are basic multiple choice that test the candidate’s knowledge and understanding
Do you provide any ECBA Study Material, if I enroll for this course?
Yes, We provide a BABOK v3 and ECBA handbook. Most importantly, we also provide ECBA certification exam simulator comprising of mock questions.
I am moving from a non-IT role to BA role? Do I need ECBA certification?
Once you clear the ECBA exam, you get an ECBA badge and certificate from IIBA. Most of our students include the badge in their resume when they send across job applications. This certificate provides an assurance to your employer that you are aware of industry best practices, tools and techniques used in business analysis. It greatly increases your chances of being shortlisted.
What if my exam application is rejected by IIBA?

How long does a student generally take to prepare for the ECBA exam?

What if I don't clear the exam in the first attempt?
All our students so far have cleared the ECBA exam in their first attempt.
How can I take the ECBA exam?
You can take the exam online from the comfort of your home. You need a laptop/desktop with good internet connection, microphone and camera.
Can I take the training now and decide to give the exam later?
Yes, you can do that. However, you will have only 3 months of access to the exam simulator.
What is ECBA certification?
Entry certificate in business analysis (ECBA) is an IIBA certification designed for entry-level business analysts. This certification is useful for anyone who wishes to become a Business Analyst, whether you come from IT or Non-IT backgrounds.
Is this course approved by IIBA and does it provide 21-hrs of PDs?
Yes, this course is approved by IIBA and it is eligible for 21-hrs of PDs
Do I get any certificate after completing the course?
Yes, you will get a course completion certificate, once you finish the course. This certificate is provided to you for all the courses.
What is the ECBA Certification Cost?
The ECBA certification fees comprises of two parts. The application fee is USD 45. The examination fee for members is USD 150. The examination fee for non members is USD 305. Membership fee varies based on the geography you are located.
Do you provide any projects in this ECBA course?
Yes, the first day of training, you will be allocated to a banking project. You get sufficient time and guidance to complete the projects so that you gain hands-on skills.In addition to that, there will be regular assignments given to you for practice, based on examples demonstrated in the class.
Will you guide me on how to complete the exam application process?
Yes, the coach will provide you with complete guidance on how to enter PDU, finish the application process and pay for the exam.
Does this program include ECBA Exam cost?
No, this program includes only the training cost. After completion of the course, you have to go to the IIBA website and complete the application process and pay the exam fees.
Does IIBA publish exam dates based on which I have to plan the exam?
No, IIBA exams can be taken anytime throughout the year. You can schedule the exam at a date and time convenient for you.
Will I get class recordings in case I miss a class?
Yes you will get recordings of all classes.
Are there any breaks given during the ECBA program?
There will be 15 mins break after completion of 2 hrs of program for students to refresh and have snacks.
